We believe that open source software is protected speech, and access to financial privacy is a fundamental human right. This community fund was created to support nonprofit organizations dedicated to protecting digital privacy through advocacy, education and technological innovation.

Proceeds from donations to this fund are granted out equally to the following organizations:

Grants are contingent on the listed nonprofits agreeing to allocate the granted funds towards advocating for and defending the precedent set by Bernstein v. US Department of Justice, and/or efforts associated with promoting access to financial privacy via blockchain based smart contracts.
