The Institute for Love and Time (TILT)

Love through time creates connection and healing. TILT, a 501c3 nonprofit, builds technologies that remedy hopelessness and despair by integrating unconditional love across the past, present and future – transforming ourselves and our institutions from the inside out.

We’re The Institute for Love and Time (TILT), a non-profit using science and cutting-edge thinking to create technologies designed to positively impact global mental health over time. We love designing non-addictive and compassionate tools empowering individuals to heal trauma and connect to others using the power of unconditional love and time. At TILT, we believe that healing and acceptance are for everyone and create hope in the world. We know that unconditional love and mental time travel heal trauma. We provide scientifically tested trauma, wellness, and resilience support through self-guided healing software.

All of our love technologies are free to the user, so our organization runs on donor dollars to keep the lights on and fund the development of new technologies. If you or someone you know wants to project love into the world in a way that meets people where they are, we may be the right vehicle. If you want to talk through our dreams and your own, shoot us a message or donate.

- Our flagship app, Time Machine, was sponsored until the end of 2024 by three competitive grants from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. It needs marketing funding to extend its reach to a larger user population, though in our initial launch over the past month 1500+ new users have signed up with minimal marketing!

- Vis-a-vis, our mutual eye gazing app, builds feelings of human connection and empathy. It is technically solid and needs funding to develop a stronger user experience and reach people in areas that need it most, like Israel and Palestine.

- Our curiosity-based Student of Humanity AI, is constantly improving its approach to exploring the world with you, with continuous coaching/engineering from Dr. Julia Mossbridge, one of our founders.

- Donations also keep TILT rolling by funding administrative, technical, and operational expenses.
