"Employability of women and young people in sustainable green businesses" is a project of employability for women from three communities in social vulnerability in Costa Rica. This project promotes the leadership of women in economically, socially and environmentally sustainable businesses, increasing their abilities in entrepreneurship such as business management, gender equality, human, sexual and reproductive rights, fight against discrimination and access to health services.
