The REACH initiative by Fundacion Paraguaya helps vulnerable Paraguayan youth access and complete higher education, breaking the cycle of poverty. Launched in 2023, it offers scholarships, academic and emotional guidance, on-site childcare, mentorship, and job placement. Due to funding cuts, urgent support is needed to sustain the program and ensure that 285 students can continue their education, preserving their hope and potential for success.
