Serving as both a time capsule and a provocation, NEW HERE invites audiences to consider how art, technology, and economic systems can be wielded as tools of liberation or exploitation — and to imagine the alternative systems, structures, and worlds we might build together.
Beyond its story, NEW HERE pioneers cutting-edge production techniques. Animated sequences built in Unreal Engine evoke a vivid video game aesthetic, while generative-AI scenes, created in collaboration with artist Claire Silver, explore the boundless frontiers of new creative technologies and visual languages.
