ASSOCIATION IDEEAVENIR

I. Overview and Core Philosophy: Revealing Potential The mission of ASSOCIATION IDEEAVENIR is to transform the future of youth by revealing their power to act and fostering social innovation. Our philosophy is rooted in the belief that every young person, regardless of their background, possesses a unique talent that only needs a spark to be revealed. We act as that spark. We specifically target young people aged 8 to 25 who are facing academic dropout, socio-economic precariousness, or a profound lack of professional guidance. While we focus on those in need of the most support, we maintain a strong commitment to social diversity ("mixite sociale"), ensuring that our programs are spaces for meeting and mutual enrichment rather than isolation. II. The Challenges We Address: From Education to Digital Citizenship We address the "broken link" between youth and society caused by: - Academic Fragility: Specifically supporting students in SEGPA (Specialized Education). In France, SEGPA tracks are for students with severe and persistent learning difficulties. These youth often suffer from deep-seated feelings of failure and social stigmatization. - Family Disconnection: Recognizing that a child's success depends on a stable environment, we bridge the gap between parents and the school system. - Digital Risks: Tackling modern threats like cyberbullying and protecting the "e-reputation" of the younger generation. III. Our Flagship Programs: "Les Ideateurs" Ecosystem Our mission is brought to life through a comprehensive ecosystem of specialized pathways: - I-CLAS (8 to 18 years old): A vital program focusing on the parent-child connection. We facilitate workshops that reconcile parents with their children's educational journey, creating a supportive home environment. - PEE (Pole Eveil Entreprenariat): Early awareness programs specifically adapted for SEGPA students. We use entrepreneurship as a pedagogical tool to restore their self-esteem and show them they are capable of creating value. - I-DAY & I-NOV: Intensive sessions and projects focused on social and environmental innovation, allowing youth to solve real-world problems. - I-CREA: Dedicated support for those ready to turn their ideas into concrete businesses or associations. IV. Holistic Support through Thematic Workshops To ensure sustainable professional and personal integration, we provide specialized workshops: - Mental & Emotional Strength: Training on self-confidence, stress management, and public speaking. - Digital Sovereignty: Education on the digital world, managing one's e-reputation, and actively fighting cyberbullying. - Continuous Mentoring: We provide telephone coaching for immediate guidance and field coaching (coaching terrain) to accompany youth directly in their professional steps. V. Valuation Events: Celebrating Success and Building Networks A unique aspect of our mission is the organization of Valuation Events (Evenements de Valorisation). We believe that hard work must be recognized publicly to finalize the empowerment process. These events serve several purposes: - Public Pitching: Students present their projects in front of a jury of professionals, partners, and family members, concretely proving their progress. - Award Ceremonies: We celebrate the commitment of the youth, giving them official recognition that many have never received in a traditional school setting. - Professional Networking: These events create a direct bridge between the youth and the "real world," allowing them to meet potential mentors and employers in a prestigious and supportive atmosphere. - Community Pride: By inviting parents to see their children succeed, we restore the bond of pride and trust within families. VI. Proven Impact and 2025 Achievements In 2025, our mission reached a significant scale: - 4,800 youth sensitized across the Ile-de-France region (including Seine-Saint-Denis, Val-d'Oise, and Paris). - 80 sessions of I-NOV and 50 sessions of I-DAY conducted. - 500 professionals and partners mobilized to mentor these young people. - Direct Results: 90% of our participants report a better understanding of their own talents, and 85% have gained the self-confidence necessary to pursue their professional goals. VII. Our Vision for the Future Beyond 2025, our mission is to build a more resilient, equitable, and innovative society. At ASSOCIATION IDEEAVENIR, we don't just dream of a better future-we provide the youth with the tools, the digital literacy, and the family support to build it themselves. Our "You Can Do It" motto is not just a slogan; it is a reality we build every day on the ground.
