Railroad Workers Education & Legal Defense Foundation (RWF) is set up to receive tax-deductible donations in order to provide grassroots education and leadership development programs that help railroad workers understand the issues they face, to build unity and solidarity among railroaders, and ensure democracy and transparency in our unions. RWF is a sister organization to the group Railroad Workers United (RWU).
