Second Harvest Japan (2HJ) responded to the disaster swiftly by bringing truck full of food to the affected areas from Jan 5, 2024 despite the road condition. 2HJ has been working with local organizations and disaster relief organizations to provide hot meals to the victims and provide support in food security to the disaster-affected areas in Ishikawa Prefecture.
