To help people live with the practices of generosity, morality, patience, diligence, concentration and wisdom. We believe it is the cultivation and integration of these guiding principles that lead one to a happy and healthy life. We provide a home for the study and practice of Buddhism, yet do not advocate one particular school of Buddhism. Our community is simply a bridge for people to learn how to make change within their own life and be of benefit to others.We believe the daily practice of loving-kindness, compassion, joy and equanimity has a profound impact on humanity. Our intention is to provide an accepting and tolerant space where people from all races, gender identities, sexual orientations, abilities, religions and cultures can come together to build a peaceful community.
