HCC is a national nonprofit that inspires and empowers undergraduate students, recent graduates and HCC alumni, particularly those from underrepresented, first-generation college and low-income backgrounds to become the next generation of diverse health leaders and professionals. Our comprehensive educational internship and Health Equity Scholars Programs support students to choose and successfully pursue authentic health careers. HCC connects students and alumni to real-world experience, exposure, mentorship and networking to achieve their goals, secure jobs, and become competitive candidates for graduate education. HCC connects health employers and health profession training partners to students and alumni to advance health equity, diversity, health improvement, and workforce goals.
