Skills Development in Furniture and Cabinet Making
This is a Youth Empowerment Project that will help young people with skills to start their own small businesses and give them skills to be able to successfully break into the world of work. The focus group for our project is youth between the ages of 18 - 35. These displaced young people live in sheltered communities and would otherwise be given to alcohol and/or substance abuse. A confirmed group of 90 young people on completion of the skills training will receive NQF Level 3 certificate.
