Kole Intellectual Forum: in reference to the demand of the growing population of N. Uganda, for laboratory services; that is, inadequate within the region; the organization intends to establish another medical laboratory services, that will help the medical personnel to diagnose diseases, monitor patient health, and track the effectiveness of treatment.

To empower the youth in Uganda; through, action research, modern telecommunication system and entrepreneurship skills.
